GAME TIMES: All preliminary games: 20 minute halves.  Final Games: 25 Minutes
TEN POINT SYSTEM: Win=6 Points, Tie=3 Points, Loss=0 Points, 1 point per goal is awarded up to 3 goals, and 1 point for shut-out.  Forfeit is scored as 2-0, with winning team awarded 8 points.
Tie Breakers:     1. Head to Head (when 2 teams tied only)
                             2. Goals Allowed
                             3. Goals Scored
                             4. FIFA shoot out
Championship ending in a tie:  Four 5 minute overtime periods 'Golden Goal'.  1st quarter played with same number of players at the end of regulation.  2nd quarter one player is removed.  3rd quarter one additional player is removed.  4th quarter one additional players is removed.  Players picked to play in overtime will not be substituted except for injury or disciplinary actions.  Any red cards issued will result in team playing short for remainder of the game.  50% play rule does not apply to overtime.  If still tied: FIFA Shoot Out.
